BioMy journal is all about finding friends with simular interests as me, especially in the area of weight loss. I try to count calories and limit my caloric intake on a daily basis. I struggle with my weight loss and finding the time to exercise. I am a single mother of one and I work a very hectic job which fills up the majority of my time. I am in the works of starting my own company which takes time to do, but in the long run it will eventually allow me to have more quality time with my Son. I love my Son and he is my life!
